Track Changes Over Time
Track changes in your cognitive risk profile with regular follow-up assessments and updates.
How it works
First
Connect with partner clinic
After completing an intake form, we will connect you with one of our partner clinics. If we do not have a partner clinic in your area, we will work with a local provider.
Second
Complete retinal scan
Our partner clinic will do Color Fundus Photography (CFP) and Optical Coherence Tomography with Angiography (OCT-A) scans of your retina.
Third
Blood tests and saliva sample
We will send a phlebotomist to your home for a blood draw. At this time, we will also collect the saliva sample.
Fourth
Receive results
We analyze the images and generate a report for you and your physician.
Science
Backed by clinically-validated research
The underlying science behind Florence’s technology is rooted in retinal imaging and advanced machine learning. By analyzing extensive data from Color Fundus Photography (CFP) and Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) images, machine learning algorithms learn to recognize subtle retinal patterns linked to a variety of diseases.
Retinal images serve as a "window" into broader health, offering insights into the risks of systemic diseases such as Parkinson's and Alzheimer's Disease, heart disease, and stroke risk.
